The Iconic figure of the Immaculate Mary has been remade. I love sea glass and the maternal religious image of Mary, Jesus's mom. I bezel set a piece of blue celadon sea glass onto the backside of this decorated matriarchal Catholic icon. This particular piece is decorated with sterling silver ball chain, and wire.The Mary figure is lit from behind by the piece of pale sea foam colored glass that at one point was a sharp piece of glass but became polished and smoothed by the ocean. This pendent is sold on an adjustable black cord, but as you see in the pictures I have modeled it on different chains and beads that are sold separately. The Silver jump ring from which the pendant is hung has a 5 mm opening allowing this pendant to be hung on almost any necklace or beads.
